There appears compelling grounds for Bob Waring to get to the bottom of the new labour shenanigans that were used to oust him as an MP.
As the political fall out emerges, certain new labourites are crawling from the political woodwork to urge him to go quietly.
Cllr Joe Anderson, the Liverpool Council labour leader, chips in to advise Bob to accept the voting decision. This might be tolerated coming from a contempory of Bob, like the late Eric Heffer or Eddie Loyden, but from a political chancer like Anderson it is an insult.
Where, one might ask, was Anderson in the 1970s when Bob Waring was marching against the closure’s of Dunlop’s and Tate and Lyle, and opposing the right wing policies now in vogue with new labour?

Have local gang members been paid cash by the Sun?
The latest edition of the Sun (Scum) gutter-rag, (Sat Sept 29) comes with the headline grabbing move of including a photo of the main suspect in the murder of Rhys Jones. The suspects face is pixellated, but there’s enough information to put someone in the frame.
Several emails asked ‘why not just name him’, but it is entirely up the Jones family. Even then – you have to err on the side of extreme caution. Flawed though the law might be, the idea that you are innocent until proven guilty, is the best system we have. In nations were this system is not in place, the lynch mob can be seen.
People might have cheered at the pictures of the Stephen Lawrence murder suspects being exposed as killers, but the killers of Stephen are walking free, and they have got away with murder. Despite the naming of 5 men, it did nothing. Even the private prosecution fell apart.
But a reporter from the Sun, looking to shift as many copies of that rag as he or she can, is not going to give a toss that publishing the photo of the Rhys Jones murder suspect is a real dangerous move - maybe reckless.

The Liverpool Echo and Daily Post have confirmed the story about the young girl held down by three hooded lowlife whilst a fourth raped her.
It transpires that the victims family are not happy with the police efforts to track down this dangerous group of beasts who would rape a child in broad daylight. The family and friends have set out to try and track down the rapists themselves.
The rape took place in broad daylight when the 15yr old was walking to a shop between 1pm and 2pm on September 8th. This was a Saturday. The 15 yr old was dragged down an alley off Fordlea Way. She was told that if she made any noise, she would be hurt even more.
These animals need to be caught.

At a Full meeting of Knowsley Council on the 5th September the new labour Councillors voted against the Community of Kirkby having a vote on whether a 55.000 seat stadium should be built in the middle of a residential area.
This not unexpected betrayal is about par for the course by the Kirkby Councillors who have become invisible during this controversy.
New labours opponents, the Lib Dems, voted to give the Kirkby people a say.
It doesn’t matter whether you are for or against the plan, the consequences of it is likely to see.

The first image from CCTV has been released by Merseyside Police, showing the killer of Rhys Jones on his bike, hooded. To the untrained eye, this could be any youth in Liverpool. But for a mother, brother, sister, father or neighbours and friends and schoolmates, the image is good enough to recognise them.
The killers of James Bulger, were captured using CCTV footage in 1993 which is not much better fourteen years later.
Another question we need to ask is WHY it took this long to get the CCTV footage from the pub and release it to the public?

Featuring 9 yr old Scouser with a gun?
Video uploaded by Tokarev1Young1Guns. (Tokarev is a brandname of a gun)
Video features (at 1.23 secs) the title ‘9 yr old Scouser’ and shows a grainy video of what could be a 9 yr old brother or nephew of some gang wannabe loading a gun.
What hope do the young brothers and nephews of these hooded assassins actually have?
There is also a threat to a named individual, a vocal threat followed by the firing of a gun. The voice-print is handy. The person firing the gun states…. Chris *****, your fu***** dead you ****.
The young man then exclaims, in a worried voice “that was loud.”

Capital of gangster culture?
The BBC reports today that ….
“A nail bomb has exploded underneath a car, believed to belong to a teacher, near a boys’ school in Liverpool.
The blast happened outside St Edward’s College, in Sandfield Park, West Derby - an independent Catholic boys school.
Merseyside Police has confirmed that officers are investigating a security alert at the school, which happened at about 1450 BST.”
Another nail bomb outside a school?

Last year the Liverpool Times forewarned that Bob Wareing MP was fighing a battle against deselection as a labour parliamentary candidate.
Bob’s crime as a labour MP was to oppose university top up fees, that will leave left students facing debts of £20,000 when they graduate.
He followed his principles, and those of the the labour party - pre Blair/Brown- to oppose the invasion of Iraq, which has created problems that may take a lifetime to put right.
Bob also opposed the policies of privatisation and corporate greed, the very things the whole labour movement vehemently opposed - pre Blair/ Brown.

In the week that our television screens reported the devastating impact of drink drivers, a highly sinister event occurred.
After showing the harrowing scenes of families torn apart by accidents and bereavements, caused by drunk driving, a news blackout has been imposed on a new labour Councillor in Knowsley convicted of this serious offence.
Councillor Michael Kearns who represents the Longview ward in Huyton, for labour, was convicted in August 2007, of driving whilst being three times over the legal limit. He appears to have got off lightly.

We’ve already featured another Huyton ‘Bakies’ video, but this one shows some more serious hardware, such as a hand gun having a silencer fitted onto it in a local phone box plus other handguns. We also see what looks like an automatic assault rifle.
Video also features ’sic blades’. Just like the ones the two infamous Huyton heads murdered Anthony Walker with.
A comment from a viewer states….
“lad huyton is rough but toxteth is infamous, cant you remember d riots, all da people shot der, curtis warrens from der da biggest dealer in euro, jus cos its gone quiet dont mean it aint rough, do you think all da guns just left tockey”
Someone from Toxteth upset at being out of the limelight. Someone who thinks Curtis Warren is something to aspire to, when he is the last male role model that we need right now.

Liverpool gangs on YouTube 1 Comment
That’s the trouble, no-one listens…
Everyone has heard about the gang videos on YouTube. We’ve asked for them to be taken down in the past, but, no-one listens.
So, instead of explaining what is going on, we’ve linked up to a blog and have permission to host the YouTube videos so you can see and read the sickness for yourself.
The blog features videos which contain extreme and upsetting violence. There is bullying, intimidation and pretty much the A-Z of anti community crime that you would expect to find in many working class areas. The shocking thing is that all of this footage comes from areas in Liverpool.

What we are witnessing on the YouTube videos featured, are the same kind of feral kids who killed James Bulger. Kids, often raised by parents who do not give a damn. We all know these parents.
These kids are not born with a callous disregard for the feelings or concerns of others.
This video shows two idiots, aged maybe 16 to 20, deliberately pushing a young child aged maybe 3-5, off a small bicycle.
As the child tumbles off, they laugh, but the cry from the child will make good people automatically sense that the child is genuinely scared and in pain.
One of the teenagers (could be a bit older than teenage) says “you’ve cut his arm”, but they both laugh regardless, because they think its funny.

Amazing how YouTube can just allow a video to be posted up to one of the people (Liam Smith) whose contempt for the local community in Norris Green led to terror and eventually the death of a child.
The Video has a gentle ballad, nice song, no Scouse House or Tupac.
The comments are scathing….
“No respect. Smiths neighbours did not show him respect, they feared him. No one should have to live near shite like these kids with the drugs, weapons and stolen vehicles all times of day and night. People hide behind their curtains cos of little cunts like that.”

KCR, or Kirkby Car Robbers. A name used since the 70s.
Video features cars stolen and then driven around Kirkby.
Some cars dumped around the community, burnt out or otherwise written off. The same kids robbing them will cry if their dads car goes missing.
Scouse House ‘music’ accompanies the ASBO kids as they try to turn some corner of Kirkby into some flower strewn memorial to a child knocked over.

The police reacted to the gang videos going, and make a good case.
The police mention Croxteth, Norris Green, DeyBrook and Larkhill but say they cannot prevent the videos going up on YouTube.
Is this the same police force who arrested a man for posting racist comments on the Anthony Walker original memorial website?
As it stands, the police efforts to put videos up should be seen as a step in the right direction. Sadly, the comments going up along with the video don’t make pretty reading.
Here are a few comments on what is a police attempt to speak out when they first realised that gang videos were becoming popular.
