News that Terry Field has sadly passed away is an awful tragedy for his family and close friends.

Terry was elected as a Labour MP for Broad green in 1983, and was part of the intake that included one Anthony Blair.

Terry never wavered in his support for people who will always be at the margins of society. He retained his political principles up to his expulsion from labour for allegedly supporting a proscribed organisation.

It is not only MPs who are pulling in vast salaries and expenses from the hard pressed taxpayer, there is another less well known group who are rolling in the cash as the secret rulers of new labour.

The names of Sir Michael Lyons, Lord Turner Adair, Adam Crozier and Sir David Henshaw are not on everyone’s lips. Yet they ought to be. They wield enormous influence on our every day life, and are all paid handsomely by the taxpayer

These four individuals are key drivers in new labours managerial stranglehold on most of our public service’s

All attract vast financial reward’s implementing new labours alien revolution.

As reported a while back, the woods in Northwood, the Old Rough Woods, were dug up in designated areas so that wildflower seeds could be sown. This was done by workers and volunteers from the National Wildlife Centre, here in Knowsley. Local people also turned up to plant the seeds.

Anyone who planted some of the seeds, especially parents who took young children along, will be pleased to hear that the fruits of their labour are now there for all to see.

New labour cowards want your daughters and sons to die for the rich and powerful.

Note - title altered from 9 to 10 then to 12 and 13. See comments for more details.

“War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses.

I believe in adequate defense at the coastline and nothing else. If a nation comes over here to fight, then we’ll fight. The trouble with America is that when the dollar only earns 6 percent over here, then it gets restless and goes overseas to get 100 percent. Then the flag follows the dollar and the soldiers follow the flag.

I wouldn’t go to war again as I have done to protect some lousy investment of the bankers. There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. War for any other reason is simply a racket.

And war is the most profitable racket in the world!” Former U.S. Marine Major General Smedley Darlington Butler.

The latest blood sacrifice for the bankers took place when four British servicemen and one female, drove an unarmoured jeep over an IED (improvised explosive device) this Tuesday gone.

Four were killed and one injured.

New labour neatly ducked the issue after being questioned in the House of Commons about the use of unarmoured jeeps in the lands of the united armies of Islam.

Apparently, in the eyes of the highly paid ranks of new labour MPs British soldiers are ‘ok’ playing Afghanistan Roulette in a civilian vehicle which is great for dropping off small supplies for a farmer as long as you keep away from any big holes. The same vehicle is a deathtrap for army patrols which enter unsafe zones.

Here’s the email I sent to Knowsley councils environmental and the reply also.

To whomever it concerns.

I hope this email address is still functioning, if not could you forward this to the environmental protection team. (* note, this is now called the Compliance and Prevention Team)

Dear Sir/Madam.

There has been a constant smell from the Sonae factory over the past few weeks affecting the Northwood area of Kirkby in particular.

The same smell comes and goes as you have testified in the past, through correspondence with Northwood residents.

What, may I ask, is the environmental protection team (or whatever your called now) doing to monitor the dust levels from Sonae?

I feel that there are not enough proactive measures from the environmental dept over the Sonae pollution.

I would like to know, as a matter of urgency, what you are doing about this pollution.

I have taken photos of the Sonae dust mountains since 2002, and feel that they are a major source of pollution to the town.

Yours sincerely.

Beleaguered Northwood resident.

Our war is not with the Afghanis, Iraqis, or in Muslim lands.

“’Why we are there is straightforward. Sixty or 70 years ago the Armed Forces defended Britain on the White Cliffs of Dover. Now to defend Britain we have got to be in the toughest areas of the world like Afghanistan.” David Miliband, quick to vote for war, last in line to pick up a gun and fight, compares the war in Afghanistan to the Battle of Britain and ak-ak guns over the White Cliffs of Dover.

The mission to ‘help’ the Afghanis has led to Afghans shooting at us and driving vehicles full of explosives into us. Most of us will sense that we’re not really welcome there when the natives ‘welcome’ us in such a manner. 5 more lives were lost this week as the occupation of Afghanistan heads to the same conclusion as the last three times we occupied that particular nation.

Truth be told, if Afghanis invaded the UK, with an army, carrying guns and barking at us in foreign tongues, we’d be shooting them also, and driving a truck full of bombs or explosives at them.

If anyone invaded Liverpool, and bombed the local churches, shot our children and told us we were going to be freed – I’m sure we’d all be signing up for ‘The Resistance’ – that movement that always springs up to defeat the foreign invader who has plans to leech off the host nation – to steal their land and take what is rightfully the property of whatever indigenous peoples who live there.

37-yr-old arrested on strength of CCTV footage. Sectioned under mental health act.

(apologies for late inclusion)

Abdo Sa’eed al-Selwi, 47 was the shopkeeper who had recently taken over the running of Carol’s Newsagent and General Store in Page Moss Parade, Huyton. He was subletting the small store and working a reported 100 hours a week. Such are the sacrifices the hard working family man will cheerfully make.

The store is also in the Borough of Knowsley.

Mr Abdo Sa’eed al-Selwi was from the Yemen in Saudi Arabia. A father-of-eleven and with two wives (he is a Muslim) he had worked the store for around 9 months, and was said to be a nice man by locals. Sadly, the kindness that Liverpool was once famed for is now tarnished, not for the first time, as Abdo’s service to the community ended in his death.

The poor man was also a target of 5 previous robberies or raids on his store during his short stay there. The sixth was the last fatal ‘raid’. We’d call it an assassination - if the killer was sane than is.
