Anti War

New labour cowards want your daughters and sons to die for the rich and powerful.

Note - title altered from 9 to 10 then to 12 and 13. See comments for more details.

“War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses.

I believe in adequate defense at the coastline and nothing else. If a nation comes over here to fight, then we’ll fight. The trouble with America is that when the dollar only earns 6 percent over here, then it gets restless and goes overseas to get 100 percent. Then the flag follows the dollar and the soldiers follow the flag.

I wouldn’t go to war again as I have done to protect some lousy investment of the bankers. There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. War for any other reason is simply a racket.

And war is the most profitable racket in the world!” Former U.S. Marine Major General Smedley Darlington Butler.

The latest blood sacrifice for the bankers took place when four British servicemen and one female, drove an unarmoured jeep over an IED (improvised explosive device) this Tuesday gone.

Four were killed and one injured.

New labour neatly ducked the issue after being questioned in the House of Commons about the use of unarmoured jeeps in the lands of the united armies of Islam.

Apparently, in the eyes of the highly paid ranks of new labour MPs British soldiers are ‘ok’ playing Afghanistan Roulette in a civilian vehicle which is great for dropping off small supplies for a farmer as long as you keep away from any big holes. The same vehicle is a deathtrap for army patrols which enter unsafe zones.

Our war is not with the Afghanis, Iraqis, or in Muslim lands.

“’Why we are there is straightforward. Sixty or 70 years ago the Armed Forces defended Britain on the White Cliffs of Dover. Now to defend Britain we have got to be in the toughest areas of the world like Afghanistan.” David Miliband, quick to vote for war, last in line to pick up a gun and fight, compares the war in Afghanistan to the Battle of Britain and ak-ak guns over the White Cliffs of Dover.

The mission to ‘help’ the Afghanis has led to Afghans shooting at us and driving vehicles full of explosives into us. Most of us will sense that we’re not really welcome there when the natives ‘welcome’ us in such a manner. 5 more lives were lost this week as the occupation of Afghanistan heads to the same conclusion as the last three times we occupied that particular nation.

Truth be told, if Afghanis invaded the UK, with an army, carrying guns and barking at us in foreign tongues, we’d be shooting them also, and driving a truck full of bombs or explosives at them.

If anyone invaded Liverpool, and bombed the local churches, shot our children and told us we were going to be freed – I’m sure we’d all be signing up for ‘The Resistance’ – that movement that always springs up to defeat the foreign invader who has plans to leech off the host nation – to steal their land and take what is rightfully the property of whatever indigenous peoples who live there.

British soldiers helping the Americans to torture people

“The use of British Territory and airspace pales into insignificance in light of the fact that it has been British soldiers detaining the victims of Extraordinary Rendition in the first place. Since the invasion of Afghanistan in the autumn of 2001 UKSF has operated within a joint US/UK Task Force. This Task Force has been responsible for the detention of hundreds if not thousands of individuals in Afghanistan and Iraq. Individuals detained by British soldiers within this Task force have ended up in Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp, Bagram Theatre Internment Facility, Balad Special Forces Base, Camp Nama BIAP and Abu Ghraib Prison.”

Ben Griffin, ex-SAS soldier, at a press conference on Monday 25 February 2008.

But yours is not

The orders that Prince Harry is not going to have actually earn his commission as a soldier, is hardly surprising. After all, Iraq is a real war and it’s getting worse. No safety can be guaranteed for Harry, not even with a ring of SAS and sophisticated tracking.

That tells you something about the security situation over there in the supposed ‘safe South’ of Iraq.

Harry and William are not their mother’s sons. Their mother campaigned against landmines and spoke out against the evils of war. Harry and William seem to have ignored every word their mother ever said and go wading straight into the illegal wars of occupations, knowing that their presence will be seen as a royal seal of approval for the oil theft and mass murder of an innocent people who presented no threat to us here in the UK.

New labour, you will know them by the trail of the dead.
Another UK soldiers has been shot in Basra, and died from his injuries. (29 April) This makes April the highest monthly death toll for UK forces since the war began. It is a month in which the warm spring will be remembered by some Liverpool families, as a season of death, not of birth and renewal.

So far this month, two Liverpool soldiers have been killed, and the prospect of more to come is something that sends a chill through the heart of anyone whose son or daughter is out there.

A massacre of innocents, ongoing.

God only knows how the students and teachers feel right now. Your world must fall apart when blood is spilt on the floors of an educational institution. You wonder what the world will come to when evil or sick damaged minds summon up the courage of their misguided beliefs and students, lecturers and professors are killed in an act of senseless violence.

The university is one of the oldest founded universities in the country, established in 1233. This place makes Liverpool University seem like a mere kindergarten.

Over 25,000 students can be accommodated in the sprawling grounds with some 10,000 more being able to use various annexes and other teaching departments including humanitarian and technical sciences.

Campaign to demonise Iran hits full throttle

The Scum (Sun) newspaper is always keen for the working class here to shed blood to help out the rich. The Sun is cheer-leading for the decimation of Islamic nations as part of its rolling campaign of racism and bigotry. This is how British wars are whipped up - via the gobs of Southern journalistic lowlife.

The Sun newspapers demented faked nationalism has never been seen so clearly as in the case of the capture of the 15 British marines and sailors. We can only cringe at the woeful way in which the UK national media can spin doctor embarrassing incidents into some sort of victory parade.

This is classic Orwellian stuff but not all the English are at the stage of believing the lying media barons and their hired pens, sniping from the safety of some air conditioned office.

In fact, you could put a razor blade between the Sun and the Daily Mirror on this issue, as both ran stories which claimed ‘aggressive Iranian soldiers’ captured the unfortunate captives.

Oil in Persia and Islamic resistance to the banking cartels.

The British Petroleum website openly boasts that BP were founded by a British oil digger and explorer George Reynolds.

George struck lucky in Persia, now Iran on the 26 May 1908. As BP cheerfully informs us….

“At four o’clock the drill reached 1,180 feet and a fountain of oil spewed out into the dawn sky.”

Rubbing salt in the wounds.

Under the terms of the Geneva Convention, prisoners of war must at all times be protected against acts of violence or intimidation and against insults and public curiosity.

The Geneva Convention also states that “Every prisoner of war, when questioned on the subject, is bound to give only his surname, first names and rank, date of birth, and army, regimental, personal or serial number, or failing this, equivalent information.”

Some might recall an ‘eve of war speech’ given by Major Tim Collins on Wednesday 19 March 2003. Bush himself was said to have hung the speech in his office. The speech stated that….

“You will be shunned unless your conduct is of the highest for your deeds will follow you down through history. We will bring shame on neither our uniform or our nation.”

After the capture of 11 Marines and navy personal by the Iranians, the media seemed to take a bit of gloomy view of the situation, almost seething for the powers that be that someone had the gall to challenge our navy.

But the Americans are running the show now, and this situation with Iran is dangerous indeed. It almost seems as if the MOD are prepared to sacrifice a few British military personal to give America an excuse to do what they have been threatening to do, namely, launch a devastating attack on Iran.

The people captured, are simply going through the usual process of capture and the Iranians are acting under international law and are going through the due process of law which you’d expect with any illegal infringement on your territorial waters or land.

If armed Iranians were sailing up the River Mersey in rubber dinghies, they would quite likely be kept for detailed interviews, and maybe charged and jailed.

Allegations of rape

One of the reasons British troops are currently just trying to get out of Basra alive is related to the tales of rape which were bandied around the media prior to the Gulf War 2. We had this with the Gulf War 1 build up. Part of the process of demonising the Iraqi Baathist Socialist party was to relate these tales of rape, to give them a platform at the highest levels of decision making.

As British soldiers know, false allegations of rape are common in wars. It can be used to demonise you. 2000 allegations of rape were laid at the feet of the British armed forces relating to Kenya. None were proven. We accept that those allegations were lies.

But other rape allegations have more evidence to back up the claims. Some are conclusive, with evidence that cannot be denied.

Am I bovvered?

Last Friday night, that idiot warmongering liar Tony Blair; entertain the nation by taking part in a ‘comedy sketch’ on the BBC. To have the leader of the nation lead us all in a chorus of laughter on a day when another young British soldier was being buried, is appalling. Blair should have been at the funeral not on some stage acting like a drama queen on cocaine.

Rifleman Daniel Lee Coffey, from 10 Platoon, C Company, Second Battalion The Rifles, was killed when two gunmen ambushed a patrol in Iraq on Tuesday 27 February 2007. He was buried on Friday 16th March.

Mentoring Allah’s Army and failing.

Includes preview of Russian movie ‘The 9th Company’ (video link also)

The MOD sponsored radio adverts have a flat ring about them as some hired voice over actor enthusiastically encourages the Scousers, Geordies and Mancs to die for someone else’s country whilst earning less money than a private cab driver.

The British victims for last week include two soldiers fighting in Afghanistan on the mission that John Reid thought might have been a Ghandi like operation without a bullet being fired. In his student dorm mind, he envisioned British troops sipping tea with the Taliban before shaking hands to agree we all have ‘one God’.

The God we try and send each other to meet.

Insurgency/resistance never came so cheaply.

Recent news articles in the British media, laid claim to the fact that Iranian weapons are being smuggled into Iran. The claims are important because it is not beyond the realms of possibility that America might go ahead and bomb Iran this year.

The British claims and American claims, pointed to ‘sophisticated’ new types of weapons being used. More helpful whispers in the night speak of ‘sophisticated infra red triggers’ to compliment the new ‘sophisticated’ bombs.

The stories now turn out to be fanciful at best, and maybe some student dissertation vamped up a little, or ‘sexed up’?

Step 1

Rely on security services, run by unaccountable spooks, to forge some dodgy evidence, even if it is a reprint of a student’s dissertation on the Middle East. The less plausible the evidence, the better!

Step 2

Use the tabloid media to hype up the forged evidence. As ever, use a BIG lie, as the little ones might flag up alerts. For instance “weapons of mass destruction that can be armed and used in 45 minutes” sounds better than “guerrilla like resistance that will blow us up with small amounts of explosives IF we invade”

America U.K. already defeated.

Iraq Resistance groups have claimed responsibility for downing yet another U.S. helicopter and “burning it down completely” near Baghdad on Wednesday. The claim was listed on various Islamic resistance web sites.

It was the fifth U.S. helicopter to go down in Iraq in almost three weeks. Those helicopters were shot down in five separate incidents in which 28 US servicemen and private security contractors were killed.

The claim posted on thousands of websites by now, states that “the defence air brigade of the Islamic state of Iraq” was behind the latest action. They stated that they shot down a Chinook helicopter in the Karma region of Anbar province, near the famous town of Falluja which was one of the first towns to resist occupation.
